VALLAURIS TILED WROUGHT IRON COFFEE TABLE, 1970S

£650.00

This is truly a statement piece. A rare and one-off coffee table from the ‘70s.

The designer is most likely the French artist Roger Capron who designed for Vallauris in the late ‘60s and ‘70s.

Bold splashes of sunshine yellow and orange glaze play with the textured brown tiling, all framed in wrought iron which itself gives a gorgeous patina.

The strong, shapely legs are simply and beautifully constructed from wrought iron, making the table assuredly heavy.

This unique table is in excellent vintage condition.
