I take great care to research and source quality vintage items and showcase these here with accurate descriptions and photos.

If you have any questions about the condition or description of an item, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I hope you will cherish each vintage item you buy.

When you place an order with KALINA, you will provide an email address and receive an email receipt to acknowledge that I have received your order and payment. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from us and at this stage, no contract has yet been formed between us. Once your order has been dispatched, I will send you a second confirmation email, constituting a formal acceptance of your order; this forms a binding contract between us. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

You can choose to collect your item directly from me in Brighton, organise your own courier or pay for shipping.

Small, non-delicate items will be dispatched via mail within 7 days of purchase. Larger and high value items will be delivered via my courier partner within 14 days of purchase. If you need an item more urgently, I’m happy to assist. Door to door courier service within the UK starts at £60 and depends on the size and weight of the item and your location. For the rest of the world, shipping will be arranged by the client. KALINA is not liable for any taxes and duties that are incurred for shipping outside of the United Kingdom. Please contact me before or after your purchase with your postcode for a quote for UK postal or courier delivery. The shipping cost will then be paid separately directly to KALINA and the courier will contact you via the mobile number provided to arrange a suitable delivery date. On the day of delivery, the courier will text or call you on this same mobile number to confirm likely delivery time.

Packaging of small items that travel by post is recycled and while not admired for its aesthetic, I am committed to repurpose and be sustainable wherever I can. When furniture is delivered to you, the items are wrapped in blankets rather than plastic, which are removed and reused. If transporting overseas, it’s your responsibility to package and ship the products you buy. I’m happy to assist you with this to meet your exact requirements.

Once the items have been dispatched to you, they become your property. Risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you at the time of delivery to you. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the product is handed to your courier.

Almost all of these vintage items will show signs of use from a life well lived. I like to see these as story telling in your home - signs of uniqueness which will endure with you. Anything significant will be outlined in the item description.

I cannot guarantee that colours will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors. Any of the product dimensions described here are as accurate as possible and for guide purposes only, intended to give an approximate indication of size. 

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in the same condition as when it left, and preferably in the same packaging. KALINA is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit.

Once the return item is received, I will assess its condition and notify you in case of any inconsistencies. A full refund (not including delivery) will be offered and processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If you paid by credit card, there will be a deduction of 3% to cover credit card fees.

All international payments must be made in GBP Sterling with both sender and receivers bank charges paid by sender.
